Plans and access

Senytics plan limits determine which platform capabilities are available to a tenant, project, or device. They do not change the meaning of a published SenCore release or DeviceOperationPlan. If a feature is unavailable, first confirm the active account and project context before changing the product configuration.

  • Plans explains the access model and quota concepts.
  • Pricing FAQ covers common billing and entitlement questions.
  • Authentication explains how SenCLI selects an account context.

The Docs site intentionally avoids promising a price or quota that is not present in the current public plan data. Commercial terms and tenant-specific entitlements are authoritative only in the Senytics product surfaces.

When reporting an access issue, include the account context, project identity, requested capability, and the response shown by SenHub or SenCLI. Do not include API keys, private Catalog content, or license material in a public support ticket.
